Fashion Show – Princely Wardrobes Of Three Centuries, Castle Ambras
Kunsthistorisches Museum Vienna – 17 June 2021 to 3 October 2021
As part of a collaboration between KMD Herbststrasse and the Kunsthistorisches Museum Vienna, I recreated a historical gown of Marie Antoinette, based on a portrait by Elisabeth Vigée-Lebrun. Both the gown and pannier were constructed from authentic and self-drafted patterns, made entirely to measure.
The dress was photographed by art director Stefan Zeisler for the museum’s official exhibition catalogue.
